President, promoter
Hugues has over 25 years of experience on the African continent, leading blue-chip telecom operations as CEO. From Madagascar to Equatorial Guinea, he successfully set up and developed GSM, FAI, WIMAX and most recently FTTx operations. For 7 years, he was regional director of GSM operations for TELECEL in Burkina Faso, Benin, Togo and Niger. His experience in telecommunications covers 35 African countries. From a financial perspective, Mr. Bridault was previously VP Finance at Orange in Eastern European markets for almost ten years (Poland, Romania, Moldova) Hugues is a specialist in launching physical telecom operations, MVNOs, very high-speed infrastructure networks, data solutions and “four play” (fixed, mobile, data, Broadcast). He will participate in operational implementation and manage the overall strategy of the company. Hugues holds a Master 2 in international management, a Master 2 in financial engineering and is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Paris
Jean Marc
Director of Operations, Partner
During more than 30 years of experience on the African continent he held various positions from project director, senior program director to CEO of telecom operations. Its technical expertise in the telecom and internet field ranges from broadband to triple play. In the early days of telecoms, he managed major pan-African backbone projects (Panaftel network) for Intelcan Techno System and CANAC Telecom (Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Benin and Togo). Then he became Field COO for Telecel during the major Roll Outs (CDMA then GSM) for 5 years. Then Project Director at Harris Corporation EMEA zone for 15 years (Algeria, Nigeria, Ghana and Ivory Coast). Jean Marc is a civil engineer from the Military Academy of the Canadian Armed Forces. He also holds an undergraduate degree in anthropology and an undergraduate degree in East Asian studies from the University of Montreal.
Jean Marc, with his extensive experience as a technical telecoms expert, will be the director of operations and more particularly in charge of coordination and interface with Telecoms Operators, the construction of our future core network project 5G.
